1. The Service
Voice Bridge is an AI-powered subtitling and transcription platform operated by Duka Labs Limited in its capacity as Implementing Consultant for the Rwanda Media Voice Bridge (RMVB) project. The platform provides:
- Automated transcription of audio and video content, with a focus on Kinyarwanda and English.
- Subtitle generation with timecodes in SRT and compatible formats.
- A browser-based editing interface for reviewing, correcting, and adjusting subtitle outputs.
- Translation assistance between Kinyarwanda and English (with French and Swahili to follow).
- Export to standard post-production formats for use in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Frame.io, and similar tools.
AI Accuracy Limitation, Please Read
Voice Bridge uses AI models that produce draft outputs. They are not perfect. Current performance: approximately 8 errors per 100 words for Kinyarwanda; approximately 3 errors per 100 words for English. Performance varies with background noise, overlapping speakers, and code-switching between languages.
You are responsible for reviewing and correcting all outputs before using them in final published, broadcast, or submitted content. Duka Labs does not warrant that outputs are error-free and accepts no liability for losses arising from uncorrected AI-generated errors in final content.

- You have obtained signed contracts with performers where required, confirming rights clearance for derivative outputs including transcriptions, translations, subtitles, and AI model testing, consistent with Rwanda Law No. 055/2024.
- The content does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party under Rwanda Law No. 055/2024 or any other applicable law.
